One of these days, I am going to arrive at some crossroads, either literally or metaphorically... and find that I have finally met myself head on, travelling in several different directions at the same time.
Yesterday I was upon  the southern tip of Blackpool for some NWCFL action, tomorrow I am in north Notts taking in a FA Youth Cup game, Tuesday will find me heading over the Trent to watch a FA Cup 3rd Qualifying Round replay, Wednesday... lord knows where I'll end up! And Thursday it's Wembley (again) for England v Slovenia, in a World Cup 2018 qualifier... news of the impending strike on London Underground that night being called off any time soon, would be most warmly received. ACAS, do your stuff!
Next Saturday I am trekking down to Hemel Hempstead Town v Weston super Mare in the National League South.

As I will be driving to/from most of the above... and in the meantime: I have a wife (hello whatsername!), a family, a full time job and a life to fit in around my football habits; it stands to reason, that ever so occasionally, I won't write specifically about the odd game or two for this long winded, self indulgent, bullshit blog, with added football content; unless, of course, I win a large sum of money so I can employ either a ghost writer, a chauffeur... or both.
Having rushed back from Blues Ladies win against Everton, in this Sunday dinner time kick off, to get back in time to watch my granddaughter taking part in an equestrian event (after getting home devilishly late from the Fylde coast last night/this morning), I have decided that, at this juncture, providing a list of links pertaining to this FAWSL 1 fixture, will have to suffice.
I'm sure that they'll meet with your approval and will agree that the standard of writing and impressive insight, is far better than any of the usual stuff that you would encounter on THE66POW
